Cloud computing based e-government in Iraq using partial least square algorithm

<p>The electronic government (e-government) worldwide is slowly progressing. The e-government progress in developing countries, such as Iraq, slower compared with those of regional countries. Prior research suggested deploying cloud based E-government (CBEG). However, most studies are either review or conceptual. This study aims to examine the CBEG Iraq and identify criteria that required for utilizing this technology. A total 279 academic staff working IT department Iraqi universities have participated study. findings using matrix algorithm partial least square presented ten criteria. After average variance extracted technique, reduced seven. Further analysis smart was conducted, resulted five important namely, reliability service followed by availability, security, trust, technological competence. Decision makers increase competence enhance services.</p>
